You can now pay accounts online via credit card through our new secure interface.

You can add a cPanel email account to your Apple IOS mobile and be able to automatically check emails in a specific time or manually do it. You can get a new email notification on your mobile.

1. Open the main screen of your Apple Mobile and click on the Settings icon.

2. Scroll down and tap on Passwords & Accounts.

3. Tap on Add Account.

4. Select the Other Option.

5. Tap on Add Mail Account.

 

6. Enter the following details:

Email: Your full cPanel Email address. Description: Add description such as Support Account.

Under Incoming Mail Server, your info should be as follows: Hostname: Your domain name such as example.com Username: Your full email address such as user@example.com Password: Your email password. Outgoing Mail Server: Hostname: Your domain name, such as example.com Username: Your full email address, such as user@example.com Password: Your email password.

After adding the full details, press the Next button. It can take a few minutes to verify the login details.

 

Once the email has been added successfully, you can access your newly added email account from the Apple Mail App.

WordPress is a CMS software with an easy to access admin account and a simple to manage blog system. In order to access your WordPress account, you need to follow these instructions:

  1. Open https://example.com/wp-admin (Replace example.com with your domain name) in your browser. 2. Enter your WordPress username and password in the login fields an click on Login.

3. WordPress will redirect you to the WordPress Admin Dashboard.

After successfully placing a payment order, you will receive a welcome email from us containing the log-in details. You will need your log-in information to access your Plesk account.

 

Permanent URL:

https://$hostname.com:8443 (SSL Protected)

http://$hostname.com:8880 (Non-SSL - Insecure)

 

Log in using the following IP Address:

https://$ip-here:8443 (SSL Protected – Need Exception)

If your domain propagates, you will be able to access it like that: https://example.com:8443.

 

If your URL does not open on port:8443, please check your welcome URL. Sometimes, port numbers can differ, and you will need to use that port instead of port:8443.

 

How to log in to Plesk?

Open your Plesk Log-in URL, and once Plesk opens in your browser, it will ask for your username/password.

Enter your username and password, and click on Log in. If your login details are correct, you will have successfully logged into your Plesk account.

Thunderbird is a friendly email client software for managing your email. You can set-up an email account with Mozilla Thunderbird and receive/send the email.

1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird.

2. Click on the Menu Icon located on the right side of the screen and then go to New. A drop box will open.

3. Now Click on the Existing Mail Account.

4. In Mail Setup Account, fill out your name, full email address like yourname@example.com, and the password of your email account. Then click on Continue.

5. It can take a few minutes to configure your email account so be patient. Once it is done, you will need to click on Done.

6. If it shows an SSL Security exception, then click on the Confirm Security Exception button and the warning will disappear within a few minutes.

Congratulations, Your email is set-up up successfully. Now, you can manage your email through Mozilla Thunderbird.

You can add a cPanel email account to your Android mobile using the built-in email application. You do not need to use any external application from Google Play.

1. Open your android mobile, Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to the top. Locate the Settings icon and open it.

2. Scroll down to the Accounts section and tap on it.

3. Tap on + Add account.

4. Now tap on the Personal IMAP option.

5. In the "Add your email address" section, enter your full email address such as you@example.com. Then tap Next and enter your password. Tap on the Next button again.

6. Take a look at Incoming Server Settings and Outgoing Mail Server Settings. If everything looks ok, then tap Next.

7. Under the accounts option, you can select Email Sync Frequency and some other options. Select it as per your needs and press Next.

8. Under Your name, enter your name and press Next.

Congratulations! Now, whenever you receive an email, you will be notified. You can see a list of email accounts from your Android at Settings >> Accounts.

You can set up an email account with Microsoft Outlook 2019 and manage your email account.

 

1. Open Outlook 2019.

2. Go to File > Info and click on Add Account.

 

3. Enter your full email address, such as yourname@example.com, and click Connect.

 

4. In Advance Setup, select IMAP.

 

5. Enter IMAP details as provided below the screenshot but change the hostname to your server hostname and make sure that your IMAP port is correct.

 

6. Enter your email password and click Connect.

 

7. Finally, click on Done.

 

You can now manage your newly-added email from the left sidebar under the Home tab of Outlook.

To access the control panel, you will need your username and password, which would have been supplied to you when you first signed up with us with the subject 'Hosting Welcome Email'.
